In his research Lindau comparing national survey data of 1996 and 2006, each involving 3000 participants. Age of participants between 57-85 years. They answered questions about the relationship with spouse, sex drive and health conditions.

In general though elderly men still want sex and are sexually active are more satisfied than confess to their spouse.
